Burlingame Avenue Train Station Renovation
At the City Council on February 22nd Caltrain’s representatives made a presentation about their plans both short term and long term for safety and other improvements to the Burlingame Avenue Train Station.. The CBB made a formal presentation and expressed our collective concerns about this project. Many members of the public also expressed their concerns about the proposals.
The Citizens for a Better Burlingame with other interested stakeholders came together to recommend improvements to Caltrain’s initial proposal.

The renovations were completed in June 2008.

The CBB was active in proposing certain changes to Caltrains original proposals for the improvements of the train station at Burlingame Avenue .
